Our up graded residence is near
the old national highway and we’re about 3 KM north from
downtown; and can be found in San Jose Village Subdivision,
Taboc Camligbato, Danao City. Our residence has 3 bedrooms, 1

Approximately 3 years ago we remodeled and up graded both the
interior design and exterior design.
Adding a walk-in clothes closet, and a “dirty kitchen’” with a
separate C.R. The dirty kitchen room includes washing machine
connections for electric and water service. All interior doors
are mahogany, a wooden wall baseboard runs thru-out, and air
con units can be found in every bedroom plus one in the living
room (for a total of 4 air cons).
Added ceiling fans with overhead lighting in each bedroom and
in the house’s main kitchen; and we added a smoke detector
near the main kitchen. We painted both inside and outside,
added floor tile wherever needed. Added exterior lighting and
added wall receptacles wherever needed. Horizontal blinds can
be found in all three bedrooms, curtain coverings also can
found on all windows. Telephone, TV cable and Internet
connections are also available. We added a stainless steel
water storage tank. Our Doll House is one of a kind. It’s
charming, appealing to the eye, quiet neighborhood and clean.
